INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned for afterthought

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than

14 days from purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.

In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are not subject to reimbursement.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund procedures.

Substitutions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. For replacement with the same item, please send us an email at isemidelladiscordia@hotmail.com

Return shipping

The shipping costs for returning the item are charged to the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
